Birthday Party + Screening

Every year, we mark another year of Derry Meet Ups with a birthday party, and this year, with so much to celebrate, we’re going all out!

We’re celebrating two years of connection, courage, and community with our biggest event yet, hosted in The Playhouse. This is your best chance to meet new people, deepen connections, and experience the magic of Derry Meet Ups.

The evening will begin in our much-loved Offline Café style, so make sure to bring something that helps you switch off, a book, journal, sketchpad, knitting, board game, or anything that helps you slow down and be present.

📅 Monday, March 30th
🕒 6.30pm – 9.00pm
📍 The Playhouse, Derry
🎟️ £20 members · £25 non-members

🎬 Documentary Screening: Building A Village

Following the Offline Café session, we’ll be screening the much anticipated Building A Village — a short documentary created by Jonathan Cullen of Orbital Frame Productions.

The film captures the heart of Derry Meet Ups over the past two years, featuring interviews with our Founder Cassie Jane, members, and facilitators, sharing the real impact this community has had, and why community spaces like this matter in 2026.

It’s honest, emotional, and a powerful reminder of what happens when people choose connection.

✨ Plus…

We’ll also be unveiling exciting surprises about the future of Derry Meet Ups, so if you’ve ever wondered where this is all heading, you’ll want to be in the room.
