We're heading to Greencastle, Co. Donegal for a half-day of wellness, rest, and real connection at the beautiful Greencastle Yoga, a shoreline studio set in private grounds with a secluded beach and sea views that will genuinely stop you in your tracks.

Our host for the morning is Julie Hegarty, owner of Greencastle Yoga, who renovated this stunning space into a yoga studio and wellness retreat.

Here's how the morning unfolds:

We'll start with a beginner-friendly Hatha yoga session led by Julie, easing you into the morning with breath, movement, and a little stillness. From there, we’ll settle into a sound bath for deep relaxation.

Then it's on to the on-site sauna, with the option of a sea dip on the private beach for the brave among us. We'll round off the morning by breaking bread together over a warm lunch, connecting over everything the morning brought before heading off into the rest of the weekend.
